fonts-arkpandora software package provides Replacement fonts for Microsofts Arial, Times, and Verdana fonts, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-arkpandora
fonts-arkpandora is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-arkpandora package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-arkpandora *
You will get with fonts-arkpandora package name, version, architecture and description in a table
